The balance of this relatively warm location within the eastern portion of the Columbia Gorge produces rich flavors, luscious mouth-feel with the tension of the surrounding cooler climate. Notes of red cherry blackberry and white pepper 
  • This rare clone of Chardonnay is planted on a volcanic mountain on the cooler Western edge of Columbia Gorge AVA. Fresh notes of lemon and pear are grounded by savory flavors from malolactic fermentation and French oak.  We are adjusting our harvest dates and winemaking practice to achieve the most desirable balance of land, vine and wine.
  • 2007 State Lane, Yountville Cabernet from Napa Valley is blended with a touch of Sonoma Merlot and Cabernet Franc to celebrate Faye and Peter’s first grandson’s birth. Rich, smooth flavors of black currant fruit, cassis, and cedar blend seamlessly with restrained oak and tannin.
